A paper recently published in the Journal of Adolescent and
Young Adult Oncology describes the development of a network of providers at
University Health Centers (UHCs) at six universities in the state of
Georgia. The goal of the network was to
increase UHC providers’ familiarity with survivor care so they can serve as
sites for transition for the care of pediatrics cancer survivors who attend
their college.
